Educational & Institutional Disclosures
The status of KaizenX programs, third-party opportunities, credentials, institutional and sponsored services, facilities, schedules, and future offerings.
Our commitments
- KaizenX Academy is in a pre-launch development stage; its active portfolio identifies programs available for planning and interest, not a statement that every course has a currently open cohort
- KaizenX Academy provides supplemental education, tutoring, enrichment, competition experiences, and future-ready pathways; it does not replace compulsory K–12 schooling and does not award academic degrees or occupational licenses
- This website does not represent KaizenX Academy as a Michigan-approved nonpublic school, a licensed child-care center or camp, a license-exempt child-care organization, or an approved or funded provider of any government agency or private sponsor unless formally confirmed in writing
- Each confirmed in-person program and location remains subject to the zoning, occupancy, building, fire, child-care, camp, licensing, exemption, and other determinations applicable to its actual use
- Program participation does not guarantee examination eligibility, credential issuance, competition advancement, scholarships, admission, internships, employment, salary, or other academic or career outcomes
- Third-party competition, credential, technology, and curriculum providers maintain their own eligibility, registration, fee, safety, intellectual-property, and award requirements
- KaizenX Academy may provide contracted instructional or enrichment services to eligible schools, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, community organizations, employers, and other institutions, but does not claim agency or sponsor approval, certification, endorsement, sponsorship, or funding unless formally confirmed in writing
- Institutional or sponsored participation depends on the sponsoring or contracting organization, applicable funding terms, participant eligibility, approved program scope and budget, delivery-site status, procurement requirements, and an executed agreement
- Enrollment opens only after a session has confirmed dates, hours, location, staffing, capacity, prerequisites, tuition, terms, equipment, and applicable licensing or exemption status
- Program schedules, instructors, equipment, facilities, and delivery formats may change when reasonably necessary; material changes will be communicated under the applicable enrollment and cancellation terms
- Placement may depend on age, grade, readiness, prerequisites, required permissions, accommodation planning, safety requirements, equipment limitations, and applicable partner requirements
