Our commitments
- The current interest form is adult-directed and requests adult contact information, relationship, learner grade band, program interests, and optional planning context
- Do not submit child names, birth dates, school records, medical or accommodation records, student identifiers, or other sensitive learner information through the public interest form
- Interest information is used to respond to inquiries and plan relevant offerings; optional program-announcement consent is requested separately
- Requests to access, correct, or delete submitted interest information may be sent to kaizenxacademy@gmail.com
- Future enrollment and youth-facing systems will use parent/guardian authority, data minimization, role-based access, retention controls, and applicable consent processes
